Authentic helped design and launch Virgin America’s new silver and gold elite tiers in the Elevate frequent flyer program. As new tier benefits and services became available to reward and recognize the young airline’s very best customers, it was important that the program interject the Virgin brand personality into the tiers communications that would differentiate Elevate from other programs. Elevate targets the “Creative Class” from Silicon Valley, Hollywood and Wall Street who are seeking a unique travel experience.

Elevate Frequent Flyer Program

The tiers launch included website, email, card design and credentials fulfillment that also features a unique online digital ID and social badge. The launch included a promotion to send top members on a free suborbital space flight aboard Virgin Galactic.
