Our creative strategy utilized photography taken by Priority Club members while traveling and staying at IHG hotel properties around the globe. We helped IHG successfully communicate focused and relevant 1:1 messages within multiple cultures in multiple languages. Timing, relevance and personalization were key. We effectively engage Priority Club members by presenting them with a variety of offers at the right time that compelled them to respond.
