Authentic was hired by Okada Manila to launch a new loyalty program for Asia’s newest multi-integrated resort in the Philippines. As agency of record for relationship marketing, our scope of work includes the branding and communications for Reward Circle and other loyalty program initiatives. Messaging and creative strategies were designed to position the loyalty programs as a premium and upscale brand experience utilizing custom photography of members, loyalty cards with RFID chip technology, and digital video screens throughout the resort.
