The Minnesota Historical Society is a private, nonprofit educational and cultural institution dedicated to preserving the history of the U.S. state of Minnesota. Authentic helped The Society re-energize several of it’s existing member acquisition direct mail campaigns by re-writing and re--designing messaging and offers into a more visually engaging layout. The effort included testing new mail formats, call to action headlines, member testimonials and photography. The result? Increased response and conversion rates over previous control groups as well as more consistent messaging between print and website content.
