Authentic was part of an integrated North American and European creative team assigned to refresh and launch Executive Club for British Airways. The effort included acquisition and retention campaigns, tier credentials, and data-driven promotional campaigns targeted at North American members based on various customer behaviors. Our work focused primarily on recognizing and rewarding best customers to drive growth and advocacy for British Airways against strong transatlantic competition. Successful campaigns were measured on their ability to engage members and drive flight activity, but also on their ability to consistently position Executive Club as the preferred premium program for frequent flyers flying to London.
